In the annual competition “The Best Jurmala Catering Enterprises 2013”, the Caviar Club restaurant was recognized as the best in the category of hotel restaurants.
Chef of the restaurant Caviar Club Kristaps Jokmanis is the first chef in Latvia to study at the famous Paul Bocuse School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts.
His previous experience Kristaps accumulated, working in the legendary restaurant Otto Schwarz, which at one time was recognized as the best restaurant in Riga, as well as in the exquisite restaurant Preatore in Jurmala.
