The kitchen of the restaurant Neiburgs is run by a young, ambitious and talented chef. In the dishes prepared by him, the tastes characteristic for Latvia and the products corresponding to the season meet with various foreign traditions of their preparation.
Sala, pearl barley, chicken liver, rhubarb, forest mushrooms, pumpkin, beets, cottage cheese – all these are supplied by Latvian farms, and seemingly such everyday products are eaten on the coast of the Baltic Sea for many centuries. In the kitchen, wonderful transformations take place with them.
